Onion bhajis, vegetable pakora….now you can make them at home in the oven so they are super healthy, but you’ll have to get your hands dirty for this one!
Add the mix to preferred filling (e.g. sliced onions, peas, sliced potatoes) then mix with hand, adding water bit by bit to form a thick batter. Drop balls of the mixture onto a greased baking tray and brush/spray with oil. Bake at 200C for 15 minutes, turn and bake for another 15 minutes. If you prefer to deep fry, do so in batches.

You need: 120 grams veg/cheese/meat/fish plus oil to brush over before baking
