Making fresh muffins easy, so much better than the shop bought variety.
You need: 1 egg, 120ml milk, 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
Mix the egg, oil and milk together, stir in the muffin kit, our into greased muffin tray and bake for 20-25 minutes at 200C.
Pimp it up (see tips and tricks for more ideas):
– add a handful of nuts, fruit or chocolate to the batter
– add zest to the batter
– add some coffee granules
– top with icing

This assumes a 25 gram and excludes the oil, milk and egg that you add.
