Mac n’ cheese in moments: full of flavour and super easy. You just add butter, milk and cheese.
All the magic happens in the oven dish (you need one with a lid). Basically, microwave the flour mix and butter for 30 secs, mix in milk and water a little at a time, add cheese and macaroni, cover and bake for 20 mins at 200C, take the lid off, add some cheese on top and bake for another 10 mins, wait for 10 mins, sit down and eat. Enjoy.
You need: 7g butter, 25g cheese, 75ml milk, 75ml water per portion
Pimp it up:
– replace some pasta with veg
– try different cheeses, or replace some cheese for breadcrumbs for the topping
– add spices
