We love hummus so we wanted to bring you the flexibility of making it at home whenever you feel like it, however you want it. You can make it with any pulses or soft veg you like.
You need: pulses/soft veg,
Mash the kit with a can of drained chick peas, adding back in some of the liquid to achieve the desired consistency. No oil needed! You can experiment with soft veg and other pulses (chick peas are the traditional choice).
Pimp it up:
– add a squeeze of lemon juice
– spinkle over spices and fresh herbs
– replace some of the liquid with yogurt
