These are great breakfast biscuits, especially when you are in a hurry but also to satisfy hunger pangs when you are out and about.
You need: 30 grams melted butter, 60ml oil, 1 tbsp milk
To make, mix the contents with the melted butter, oil and milk, form into balls and flatten onto a baking sheet. Bake at 200C for 15 minutes. Try not to eat them all at once!
Pimp it up (see tips and tricks for more ideas):
– add grated orange zest
– add dried fruit and nuts
– add chocolate
– top with icing
